Dogfish Head Crimson Cru is a red ale blended from Rodenbach Grand Cru — a Flemish red-brown ale aged in oak casks — and an off-centered red ale infused with sumac and sweet orange peel, then dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc. At 7.1% ABV, it's full-bodied with aromas of candied citrus and cherry, and flavors of stewed plum, dried citrus, caramel, and toffee. A transatlantic collaboration that bridges Belgian tradition and American craft creativity. Part of our Belgian collection.
