Thank you for choosing BeerShop.Store for your beer delivery needs. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website beershop.store (the “Site”).

 


 

1. Age Verification

Alcohol purchases are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. To comply with federal and state laws:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery.

  • The recipient must be 21+ and not visibly intoxicated.

  • No delivery will be completed without age verification. Failed deliveries due to age verification will not be refunded.


 

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select cities and states within the United States where alcohol delivery is legal.
We do not ship to the following states due to regulatory restrictions:

  • Wyoming

3. Delivery Methods

We partner with licensed carriers and/or local delivery services to ensure safe and legal transport of alcoholic beverages. Delivery methods may include:

  • Local same-day or next-day delivery (in eligible metro areas)

  • Standard ground shipping (2–7 business days, depending on location)

  • Scheduled delivery windows (select areas only)

All deliveries require an adult signature (21+). No packages will be left unattended.

 


 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Package Weight

  • Delivery distance

  • Service type (standard, expedited, same-day)

Fees are displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.

 


 

5. Order Processing Time

Orders may be processed from different shipping locations and arrive in different packagina and different times.

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1 -7 business days for standard shipping


 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no eligible adult is present at the time of delivery:

  • The delivery will not be completed.

  • A re-delivery fee may apply.

  • In some cases, the order may be canceled without refund.

Please ensure someone 21+ with a valid ID is available to receive the package.

 


 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International addresses (we only ship within the U.S.)

  • Dry counties or areas where alcohol delivery is prohibited

 


 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
